What Environmentally Friendly Solutions Do You Offer? Produced using only biodegradable and recyclable materials, our biodegradable single-wall and double-wall paper cups are the most sustainable option on the market. These paper cups have a water-based coating on the inside rather than a plastic coating, which not only means they are fully biodegradable in nature but also fully recyclable with waste paper. The cups are also marked with the "AAA" label, indicating that they are 95% excellently recyclable and can be recycled in any standard recycling facility if sorted correctly.
Additionally, our biodegradable paper cups can be made from FSC-certified paper, which comes from replanted and generally responsibly managed forests.
On our standard paper cups, we can replace the PE plastic on the inside of the cup with a layer of PLA plastic, a coating made from plant resources. While paper cups with this coating are biodegradable, they are not recyclable and should be thrown into the regular trash or industrial compost.

How Many Colours Can I Print? Thanks to CMYK printing, the number of colors you like is unlimited. All pantone PMS colors are converted to CMYK. Keep in mind that some conversion rates (especially orange) will not convert 100%.

What Styles And Colours Are Available? We produce single wall, double wall , ripple wall , and ice cream cups, plus recyclable and compostable paper cups.
We uses full-colour CMYK process in high-resolution, all-over printing. (Full wrap). This means any combination of colours, images, and design can be achieved without any extra cost.

8.Product Forming

9.QC Quality Inspection
Coffee is used to test the leak resistance of batches of paper cups produced daily. When making cups, there are 3-4 inspectors fixed in the workshop, and each machine is tested and sampled every 2 hours.
